I live in Western Mass. I spend a lot of time online. I work a lot too - Photographer, retoucher, office manager. I'm ethnically half-Jewish/European Mutt, but my parents became Buddhists before I was born. I am probably older than you. I post news, politics, photography, books, fashion, a little geeky pop culture and whatever's on my mind.

Rainbow Eucalyptus trees. The phenomenon is caused by patches of bark peeling off at various times and the colors are indicators of age. A newly shed outer bark reveals bright greens which darken over time into blues and purples and then orange and red tones.
